Cornish Moonshine Short Ribs
Ingredients
- Beef Short Ribs - 4
- Large Onion - 1
- Cornish Moonshine BBQ sauce - 200g Jar
- Cornish Moonshine Chilli jam - 200g Jar
- Wolf Rock red IPA - 100ml
Instructions
Take a casserole dish.
chop the onion in half and use one half slice and add to the pot.
open both jars and add all of the BBQ sauce and half the chilli jam to the onion.
add beer to bbq sauce jar and mix to release the sauce that's left in the jar and then add to the pot.
take the individual ribs and mix in the sauce in the pot.
place the lid on the pot and cook for 3 1/2 hours at 170º or gas mark 3.
serve with mash potato or veg and enjoy.
