- Chateaubriand cut steak
- lobster Tail - pre cooked in salt water
- potato - chopped
- Garlic clove - smashed
- thyme sprig
- red wine stock
- Nero cabbage - 200g
- Butter - 100g
- vegetable oil
- chanterelle mushrooms - 50g
